CONFERENCE ROOM
SECOND FLOOR 2500 SQ. FT.
The 2500 square foot area within the conference room is ideal for meetings, parties, weddings or any event. There is a speaker system, screen and projector available (there is an extra cost). There are 100 matching padded chairs with an additional 50 folding chairs available. Tables and chairs can be set up to accommodate 100 – 125 persons. The spacious room is cooled by ceiling fans.
There are male and female bathrooms each having two stalls. A kitchenette with a large serving counter for the crowd is in part of the main conference area. This serving area has access to a full kitchen. Behind the counter is a double sink for easy clean-up. The hotel provides large beverage dispensers and coffee maker.
Banana Bank Lodge does full catering for events providing sit down dinners or a wide variety of snacks. Menus can be selected and adapted to all kinds of situations from bar-b-que or pibil to formal full plate, multi-course entrees.
