We started conducting Horse Camp in 2006 as we saw the need of activities for children when school is out. Over the years it has become the highlight for kids and parents for the summer.

We not only instruct kids how to be around a horse, care for the horse, tack and ride, but we teach body language and communication with the horse (as per horse whispering methods).

Kids get a “hands on” experience in how to halter train a foal.  We teach discipline of the horse in the arena and discipline of the rider in interacting with the horse.  Of course, there is lots and lots of riding.

We also add other components to the camp such as arts and crafts, music, games, pool time, and much more. Camp always begins on a Wednesday and ends Sunday morning. Included in the price is accommodations, meals, all craft materials, activities, riding instruction and equipment.

Minimum age for campers is 7 years unless accompanied by a parent or guardian (parent or guardian is expected to participate in all activities with child). There is no maximum age limit.
